In studying history we can learn from past events to make our world and communities a better place. We can learn how to prevent further deaths from diseases, because if we have already gone through it we have the knowledge to keep it under control. We can study are families history to learn about family heritage, different family traits and tendencies.

7. In the end, the Empress turned against the Boxers. Why do you think she did?
Because they were already losing so she cut her loses.
